Four opposition parties are sending a joint statement to OSCE/ODIHR, requesting the activation of the "Moscow Mechanism," which involves sending a special mission to Georgia

"We have completed work on a joint letter that will be sent to OSCE/ODIHR, where we demand the activation of the 'Moscow Mechanism,' which means that OSCE/ODIHR should send a special mission to Georgia to thoroughly investigate all the legal violations and hijacked elections. We continue our work, and the result of our efforts is that today sanctions are being imposed on Georgia's violent regime," said Giorgi Butikashvili, a member of the "Coalition for Change," at a joint briefing of opposition parties.

He added that the joint letter also includes a report from the Georgian Young Lawyers' Association (GYLA), which explains the violence and terrorism that Bidzina Ivanishvili inflicted upon his own people.

"We, the European coalition, continue to work towards Georgia returning to its European path, and for this purpose, we have turned to the European Union, whose recommendations are already reflected in the European Commission's conclusions.

We have finished working on a joint letter that will be sent to OSCE/ODIHR, where we demand the activation of the 'Moscow Mechanism,' which was first used in 1991. This means that OSCE/ODIHR should send a special mission to Georgia to thoroughly investigate all the legal violations and hijacked elections to ensure that we will have the opportunity to hold free and fair elections in the future. It should also investigate the violent actions carried out by the Russian regime against its own population.

The letter is accompanied by the 'report' from the Georgian Young Lawyers' Association, which explains the violence and terrorism that Bidzina Ivanishvili inflicted on his own people, how Ivanishvili declared war on the Georgian people, as he hates Georgians, just like Stalin did.

This letter contains factual material, which will soon be sent to OSCE/ODIHR’s emails. We continue working together, and the result of our work is that today, sanctions are being imposed on Georgia's violent regime," said Giorgi Butikashvili.
