Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili is responding to the statement of US Congressman Joe Wilson, who, after a telephone conversation with Salome Zurabishvili, wrote on social media that “the only way forward for Georgia is a new election.”

Zurabishvili thanks Joe Wilson for the support of the Georgian people.

“Thank you for this so valuable support to the Georgian people’s indestructible will and determination to restore its euroatlantic path through the only known political and democratic solution: new elections!” she tweeted.
