"The people of Kakheti spoke loudly enough on October 26, and no one should think they can ignore the will of 105,831 voters," writes the Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia, Shalva Papuashvili, on social media.

Papuashvili notes, "This was our march, our fight, and our victory. Arrogant words cannot change reality; the time for perceptions is over."
