According to the President of Georgia, Salome Zurabishvili, a council will be created, and its mandate will be to prepare for new elections.

President Zurabishvili stated that a document is being prepared, which will outline the minimum conditions for holding elections very soon.

Zurabishvili mentioned that new forces may emerge for the new elections, and the country must be ready for that.

"A council will be created to manage this period. The mandate of the council will be one and only one: to prepare for new elections. A document is already being prepared, and it will likely be ready by tomorrow. This document will describe all the conditions that are minimal for holding elections very soon. After that, work will continue to prepare for every aspect and possible direction. These new elections will truly be new elections, and new forces will likely emerge, and we must be ready for all of this," President Salome Zurabishvili said.
