Michael McCaul: Expanded, significant sanctions against the corrupt puppet master of the government, Bidzina Ivanishvili, have long been necessary

Expanded, significant sanctions against Georgian high-ranking officials, including the corrupt puppet master of the government, Bidzina Ivanishvili, have long been necessary, said Michael McCaul (Republican Party), Chairman of the U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee, in a social media post.

"Expanded, meaningful sanctions on senior Georgian officials, including the government’s corrupt puppet-master Bidzina Ivanishvili, are long overdue. The Biden-Harris administration must act immediately to hold these actors accountable for their oppression of the Georgian people and refusal to observe their rights and wishes," wrote Congressman Michael McCaul.
