Salome Zurabishvili: Some people think they will scare me, intimidate me, they talk to me with threats, but I think they still don’t know me. Let’s see where and how I will be after December 29, but I will be who I am, the President

On December 29, a lot is being said, sometimes one way, sometimes the other. Some people think they will scare me, intimidate me, they talk to me with threats, but I think they still don’t know me, - said the President of Georgia, Salome Zurabishvili, in a video address.

Salome Zurabishvili stated that after December 29, she will still be the president and continue serving the people.

"On December 29, a lot is being said, sometimes one way, sometimes the other. Some people think they will scare me, intimidate me, they talk to me with threats, but I think they still don’t know me, or this is an attempt to make me say 'well, what now.' On the other hand, I am very grateful, I understand from the society and many groups, 'well, what now, we will protect the president,' but I am not someone who needs protection, I am not afraid, and let’s see where I will be after the 29th, how I will be, but I will be what I am, the president with all its symbolism, its importance, its independence, and this president will be your servant. You are served by me, as I serve the country and the homeland. Everything is very simple and clear," said Salome Zurabishvili.
