“This is not a postponement of the visit, this is a cancellation of the visit, because the reservation that the Chairman of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly makes is related to a fundamental change in the situation in Georgia. First of all, this is the merit of the Georgian people, who have been protesting the rigged elections in Georgia and the existence of political prisoners for 40 days.
