The US Helsinki Commission Chairman, Congressman Joe Wilson, has called on the United Kingdom to impose sanctions on Bidzina Ivanishvili, the honorary chairman of "Georgian Dream." The Republican congressman made this statement on his X account.

"I urge our British allies to immediately sanction Bidzina Ivanishvili, a close friend of the 'Chinese Communist Party,' along with his immediate family members and his network of enablers! I am grateful to serve as co-chair of the Congressional UK Group," Wilson wrote.
