Irakli Kobakhidze: Being an oppositionist in Georgia is a refuge for people who have certain problems - the radical opposition is full of criminals

Being an oppositionist in Georgia is a refuge for people who have certain problems - the radical opposition is full of criminals recognized by the court, namely by Strasbourg, - Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze told journalists in connection with the former head of the Co-Investment Fund, Giorgi Bachiashvili.

According to him, the public sees everything and “the radical opposition has no chance of achieving success in Georgian politics.”

“Being an oppositionist is a refuge for people who have certain problems in Georgia. There are many examples of this. In general, the radical opposition has turned into a refuge for criminals. To put everything aside, the radical opposition is full of criminals recognized by the court, namely by Strasbourg. This is a kind of trend. This is the main reason why the radical opposition has no chance of succeeding in Georgian politics - the public sees everything well," Kobakhidze said.
