Giorgi Vashadze: They think that by neutralizing politicians, they will neutralize the people, but they are mistaken. Everyone who is here is a leader. We will not stop, and we will continue the fight until the end

For a period of time, the road was closed, the police were acting disorderly, and they arrested a lot of people, but the main point is that every day should be a day of protest until we get rid of Ivanishvili, - this is what Giorgi Vashadze, one of the leaders of "Strategy Agmashenebeli," said during a protest march in an interview with "InterpressNews."

In his assessment, the protest is becoming more and more active.

"Very many people came. This is very important. So, the protest is becoming more and more active. This is the first attempt – we are learning everything. For a period of time, the road was closed, the police acted disorderly, they arrested a lot of people, but the main point is that every day should be a day of protest until we get rid of Ivanishvili. A person who brings chaos and disorder to the country," Vashadze said.

Regarding the detention of opposition members at the protest, Vashadze stated that political leaders are the target of the "Georgian Dream" because they think that by neutralizing politicians, they will neutralize the people.

"Of course, political leaders are their target because they think that by neutralizing politicians, they will neutralize the people, but they are very mistaken. Everyone who is here is a leader. Everyone here makes their own decisions. We are many. No matter how many of our comrades and fellow fighters they arrest, we will not stop, and we will continue the fight until the end," Vashadze said.
