Trainers and the 'Natsis' trained by them are trying to get the protesters to block Agmashenebeli Avenue – today, this is a crime," said the leader of the parliamentary majority, Mamuka Mdinaradze, in a conversation with journalists.
According to him, certain individuals aim to sacrifice the protesters.
"As far as I know, information was spread today that trainers and the 'Natsis' trained by them are trying to get the protesters to block Agmashenebeli Avenue. They are telling them, 'Let's do this before it becomes a crime.' It is impossible that they do not know this is a crime because Agmashenebeli Avenue leads to a central highway, which is included in the list of strategic objects. Therefore, today, this is a crime. Since they know this, their goal is to sacrifice the protesters, make them block the road (while telling them that this is not a crime), then have these people arrested by the police, and later claim that they are prisoners of the regime," Mdinaradze stated.
For reference, a protest titled "Block Agmashenebeli Avenue" has been announced for February 8 at 3:00 PM.
