The information that 120 children are hospitalized at Iashvili Children’s Central Hospital due to intoxication is not true. As of today, only one patient is receiving treatment at our hospital with a suspected intoxication diagnosis, according to a statement from Iashvili Children’s Central Hospital.

According to the statement, the causes of the intoxication will be determined through an investigation conducted by the relevant authorities.

“The information circulating on social media that 120 children are hospitalized at Iashvili Children’s Central Hospital due to intoxication is not true. As of today, only one patient is receiving treatment at our hospital with a suspected intoxication diagnosis. The causes of the intoxication will be determined through an investigation conducted by the relevant authorities. At this stage, the child’s condition is stable,” the statement reads.
