The count has gone wrong, how many such cases have we seen regarding state coups and many other laughable accusations? I have no intention of cooperating with Ivanishvili’s pocket prosecutor’s office, – this was stated by Tina Bokuchava, the chairman of the “United National Movement,” to journalists, in response to the Prosecutor's Office's decision to open an investigation into "attempted sabotage and violation of Georgia's state interests by providing assistance to a foreign organization and an organization controlled by foreign powers in hostile activities."
Bokuchava calls this process a “false investigation.”
"How many false investigations does Ivanishvili's Russian regime need to start against independent media, NGOs, activists, political parties, and individual politicians? I have been in opposition to Ivanishvili's Russian regime for 12 years, and to be honest, I have lost count of how many such cases we have seen, whether regarding state coups or other laughable accusations. The ridiculous part is not that Ivanishvili has destroyed the whole country and all its state institutions, subordinating them to his political interests. The country no longer looks like a country, and state institutions no longer resemble state institutions; they all serve Ivanishvili and his political interests – to maintain power.
I have no intention of cooperating with Ivanishvili’s pocket prosecutor's office, which has nothing to do with justice, the law, the rule of law, or, in general, the country’s state interests," Bokuchava stated.
For your information, the General Prosecutor's Office opened an investigation based on a statement submitted by representatives of “United Neutral Georgia.” According to the agency, the investigation concerns attempted sabotage and violation of Georgia's state interests through providing assistance to a foreign organization and an organization controlled by foreign powers in hostile activities.
