Rati Ionatamishvili: They wanted to pass a resolution in the European Parliament, but they ended up with a phantasmagoria

"They wanted to pass a resolution in the European Parliament, but they ended up with a phantasmagoria" – this is how Rati Ionatamishvili, a deputy from Georgian Dream, evaluates the critical document adopted by the European Parliament.

Ionatamishvili also stated that the European Parliament’s resolution effectively turns its supporters into accomplices of a criminal system.

“The demand for Mikheil Saakashvili’s release means being complicit in the crimes committed by him and the United National Movement. Therefore, before engaging in provocations, each of them should carefully consider whom and what they are actually supporting,” said Rati Ionatamishvili.
