For the record, Mzia Amaglobeli, the founder of Batumelebi, has stopped her hunger strike. This was announced in a letter by Mzia Amaglobeli, which was read by Batumelebi editor Ether Turadze at a briefing held at the Vivamed clinic.

"In the face of the tragic death of two minors due to a fall in the 'City of Dreams' in Batumi, hearing the public's concern for my health and life is incredibly difficult for me. In the coming days, with the help of doctors, I will try to restore my nutrition. Thanks to the 'prisoners of conscience' for their solidarity, and I ask them to also stop their hunger strike. I feel a special responsibility towards my fellow comrades, colleagues, friends, and family. I don’t want my hunger strike to weaken you, you must fight on my behalf too," the letter reads.

Mzia Amaglobeli, who was arrested on charges of assaulting a police officer in connection with an incident involving Batumi police chief Irakli Dgebuadze, decided to end her hunger strike on the 38th day. She had been on hunger strike since her arrest.
