Salome Zurabishvili posted on her page with the caption: "Plan – New Elections", outlining the following key points:

1. Setting conditions for the elections;

2. Preparing an "army" of election commissions and observers;

3. Protecting new elections from fraud with the participation of international partners;

4. Coordination between political forces for new elections;

5. A unified electoral program – the "Georgian Charter" and its priorities: the release of political prisoners, the repeal of "Russian laws," and the restoration of a fair judiciary.
