Salome Zurabishvili joins Mothers’ March

The fifth President of Georgia, Salome Zurabishvili, has arrived at the territory adjacent to the Philharmonic Hall, where the Mothers’ March is to start.

According to Zurabishvili, she will make a statement when the march moves to the territory of the Parliament.

The Mothers’ March is being held symbolically today, on the occasion of Mother’s Day, in which mothers, family members and supporters of those arrested during the protests are participating.

The march will move from the Philharmonic Hall to the legislative body and join the large protests, which has been ongoing for the 96th day.
