As Irakli Kobakhidze noted, Khazaradze previously spoke about the importance of Chinese investments in Anaklia and today he is already speaking as if Chinese investment is a crime against the country.

In addition, Kobakhidze spoke in general about the activities of his opponents and stated that “the opposition openly cooperates with foreign structures in order to harm the interests of its own state.” According to Kobakhidze, “this is nothing more than betrayal of its own country.”
