Both Jim Risch and Jeanne Shaheen are Mikheil Saakashvili’s educators and defenders of his regime – of course, they have a specific task, – the First Vice Speaker of the Parliament, Gia Volski, told journalists, responding to the introduction of the MEGOBARI Act in the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
According to him, “Now the political situation in the world has changed, but the specific individuals and their tasks have not changed – to make Georgia a victim.”
“Both Jim Risch and Jeanne Shaheen are Mikheil Saakashvili’s educators and defenders of his regime. The educators who brought him and placed him in the position where the sadistic system was created. Of course, they have a specific task. Now the political situation in the world has changed, but the specific individuals and their tasks have not changed - Georgia has to make sacrifices. Georgia has already made sacrifices once, losing 20% of its territories, which happened at the expense of the misery of many people. Now they are demanding a second sacrifice, that Georgia be involved in a process from which, if it comes out and survives, it will definitely come out with serious losses. Surprisingly, this had its creators, and these specific people [Jim Risch and Jeanne Shaheen] are from that group. I cannot say anything in advance about how events will develop, but the fact is that we want the declared fight against the "Deep State" to end successfully. Otherwise, not only Georgia, but the world in general will face a great challenge," said Gia Volski.
According to the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Committee Chairman Jim Risch and Committee Member Jeanne Shaheen introduced the MEGOBARI Act last week.
