Yesterday, following a telephone conversation between the US and Russian presidents, the Kremlin released a statement, noting that during the phone conversation, Vladimir Putin responded positively to Donald Trump's initiative to pause strikes on energy facilities for 30 days and gave the Russian military the appropriate order.
