Mamuka Khazaradze: We are ready to dispute any accusation in court - we do not need to justify ourselves - we have made mistakes, but this was not a violation of the law or misappropriation of someone else's property

There is nothing to hide. We do not need to justify ourselves. Like any person, we have made mistakes, but this was not a violation of the law, there was never any misappropriation of someone else's property, - said Mamuka Khazaradze, leader of Lelo - Strong Georgia.

Mamuka Khazaradze also spoke about the temporary parliamentary investigative commission investigating the activities of the National Movement government and noted that all questions will definitely be answered in court.

"This argument is our political vision, we do not recognize the parliament as legitimate, because of this our political party left its mandates, does not cooperate with this parliament, moreover, no democratic country recognizes it. We have not seen any conclusion where this parliament can be considered legitimate.

Despite the fact that Ivanishvili fully controls the prosecutor's office and the court, we are ready to dispute in his own court, any accusation that may exist - invented, false, documented, we are ready to dispute before the court. We are not saying that we will not come and will not give answers, we will definitely answer all questions in court. I respect the society, my and Badri Japaridze's past lives, there is nothing to hide. We do not need to justify ourselves. Like any person, we have made mistakes, but this was not a violation of the law, there was never any misappropriation of someone else's property. They are spreading the narrative that our business was to seize apartments and other people's businesses. You won't find a single example where we appropriated someone else's business, or someone else's property," Khazaradze noted.
