According to the Executive Secretary of the Georgian Dream, the majority leader, Mamuka Mdinaradze, the Georgian Dream will apply to the Constitutional Court of Georgia regarding the declaration of the National Movement and its satellite parties as unconstitutional.

"As you know, declaring the collective National Movement unconstitutional was also our pre-election promise. It is already clear that the conclusion of the temporary investigative commission of the parliament will give us a solid basis to apply to the Constitutional Court of Georgia regarding the declaration of the National Movement and its satellite parties as unconstitutional," - Mdinaradze stated at the briefing held in Parliament.

In addition, according to Mdinaradze, a draft law has already been initiated that deals with declaring the successor parties of the aforementioned parties as unconstitutional.
