The Prosecutor's Office has appealed to the court to impose a restraining measure against Mamuka Khazaradze. This information was shared on social media by Irakli Kupradze, one of the leaders of "Lelo - Strong Georgia."

According to Kupradze, a hearing at the Tbilisi City Court is scheduled for April 2 at 13:00 and will be presided over by Judge Arsen Kalatozishvili.

"The Ivanishvili regime is wasting no time! Following today's indictment, the Prosecutor's Office has requested the court to impose a restraining measure against Mamuka Khazaradze," Kupradze wrote on Facebook, adding, "Not a single step back!"

On April 1, the Prosecutor's Office of Georgia formally charged Mamuka Khazaradze with failing to comply with the lawful request of the Georgian Parliament's Temporary Investigative Commission. The charge was filed under Article 349 of the Georgian Criminal Code.
