According to him, this is neither Europe nor European values ​​- threats and blackmail.

Accordingly, I repeat once again, we have seen numerous threats, blackmail, of course, this is neither Europe nor European values, these people are representatives of specific forces who are not interested in Georgia or democracy at all, they have no interest in this at all. They are only interested in their masters telling them to come out and repeat what they say. They do not even have the opportunity to voice and make their opinion heard.

Should we be loyal to this type of statement, or should we bow down? - The master made a statement and we slaves should bow down?! - This is your attitude! - Kaladze said.

When asked by a journalist whether Bidzina Ivanishvili still has property in France, Kaladze replied: "You are in such a position, you should not worry about Bidzina Ivanishvili."

These types of insulting statements are categorically unacceptable. Are we attacking someone?! We are in defense mode, we are protecting our interests, homeland and the future of Georgia,” Kaladze noted.

In addition, Kaladze, speaking to journalists, responded to the statement of British MP and Liberal Democrat Party representative James McCleary, who from the British side “speaks about the issue of personal sanctions against Bidzina Ivanishvili and his entourage.”

According to Kaladze, sanctions cannot be a stopping factor for the Georgian Dream to refuse to protect the country’s interests.

"For us, this [sanction] will not be a deterrent to the country's interests. This is not the first time that we have been threatened with sanctions. I do not want to tell everything that was happening in the cabinets, from the side of representatives of a specific foreign country.

I repeat once again, Georgia's interests will not be sacrificed. We will continue to strengthen the country, to strengthen sovereignty and independence. Our ancestors fought to gain independence, and even today, this struggle continues. Replacing one master with another is neither freedom nor independence. Accordingly, every day we will need to fight to maintain independence and strengthen our sovereignty," Kaladze noted.
