„Georgian Dream“ has disseminated false information, wrongly suggesting that Zaza Okuashvili was defeated by Bidzina Ivanishvili in the English courts and that the court considered Okuashvili’s evidence to be falsified.

In fact, in the judgment issued on 7 April 2025, the London Court, addressing matters of adjudication (jurisdiction), made important findings regarding Ivanishvili’s potential unjust enrichment. The Court held that the unjust enrichment claim brought against Ivanishvili raises a serious issue to be tried by the English courts.

Following the completion of additional procedural steps for re-service of documents, the proceedings against Mr. Ivanishvili will continue before the London Court.

Okuashvili’s case against Mr. Ivanishvili remains ongoing and active in the London Court.
