In particular, Mamuka Mdinaradze answered the host's question: "Theoretical assumption - the European Union made a political decision, used the lever of political influence, this will be perceived by people, it is understandable, that we were punished, or on the contrary, may this cause a sharp reaction?".

According to Mdinaradze, the corresponding decision will be "correctly perceived" by the Georgian society and explained why he himself has low expectations that the European Union will make a decision to suspend visa liberalization for Georgia.

"First of all, it will be perceived correctly, in my opinion, because until now everything has been perceived correctly by the Georgian society, and this will also be perceived correctly. Now, why am I not expecting, for example: I have often said about myself and others who know me know that I am an optimist. Why are there low expectations? Personally, in my opinion, this will be the last bullet in the blackmail gun. When blackmail loses its meaning, the author of the blackmail does not go so far. To be more precise, there is no more leverage on their part. If someone manages to influence so many EU states that they really come to this decision, it means that there is no more blackmail move. If the Georgian state has endured this, it remains firm in its decisions to the end, it has fully strengthened its sovereignty, it is now ready for trade, negotiation, blackmail...."It shouldn't be independent", practically, this is a message from the outside - "so that we have leverage, when we want, we can overturn the government". What should they do after that, what should they threaten us with, now they are threatening us with this, what should they threaten us with, will they throw the atomic bomb at us? There is no more way to blackmail. Blackmail makes sense when there is still something left, in my opinion, they will not throw last card so easily", - said Mdinaradze.
