Today, they do not have the law, all this is illegitimate.

According to the constitution, the power in Georgia belongs to people. As recognized abroad, we now have a legitimate president, as the Americans and Europeans say, and this is Salome Zurabishvili. The first Supreme Council, which was in the time of Zviadi and which signed the independence of Georgia, has not yet been abolished, they also have the right to schedule parliamentary elections,” Paata Burchuladze said.

As Paata Burchuladze noted, the parliamentary elections, which will be held in September, will be held electronically via telephones.

“The elections will be held electronically, we will conduct them via telephones, both inside and outside the country, these programs will be ready soon. I will try to explain to you, you have a telephone, you are registered on the voter list with this telephone. When the elections come, a window will open during the elections, where you enter your personal data and click on which party you want to vote for. These elections can be held without leaving your home. Most importantly, hundreds of thousands of our emigrants will take part in the elections. There is absolutely no chance of fraud by telephone.
