As Zurabishvili noted, the police did not arrive at the scene during the noise and shooting.

This is a city center, where cafes and bars work until late, where young people walk at night, a large number of foreigners are present, tourists who arrived by night planes stay in hotels… At this time, such a story, noise, shooting, and during all these events, not a single policeman!!! Until 9 in the morning… when the patrol arrived, based on a report from the hospital, where the wounded people went on their own! A city full of peace, a safe country!” - writes Salome Zurabishvili.
