Irakli Kobakhidze is participating in the European Political Community summit

Georgia’s Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze is participating in the European Political Community (EPC) summit in Tirana, the capital of Albania, at the invitation of the President of the European Council, António Costa.

The summit’s participating leaders are being hosted by the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama.

As the Prime Minister of Georgia stated, at the European Political Community summit he will speak about the main messages related to the country’s core national interests.

“All the leaders from European countries will be represented at the summit. I will have the opportunity to speak in a roundtable format. We will also use this format to talk with leaders of various countries. Naturally, the discussion will focus on our country’s main messages related to our fundamental national interests,” said Irakli Kobakhidze.

The head of government attended the opening session of the 6th EPC conference, after which the participating leaders took a group photo.

About 50 country leaders, as well as heads of European and international institutions, are participating in the 6th European Political Community summit.

The Prime Minister of Georgia is attending the summit with a delegation that includes Foreign Minister Maka Bochorishvili and Chief of the Government Administration Levan Jorjoliani.
