According to him, no one can escape responsibility for those who “cover people up, incite them to violence, and then talk about some values ​​and the interests of the Georgian people.”

“The fact that on May 26, several radical MEPs are coming, for example, Rasa Juknevičienė, who has been distinguished by fascist statements recently, indicates that there is no opposition and no NGOs. Their behavior on May 26 will be conditioned by signals given by donors and foreigners. So, if there is any provocation or violence, like the one we saw on April 9, the responsibility will lie entirely with donors and some ambassadors who are supporting the perpetrators and are engaged in backstage conversations with extremists and perpetrators.

Responsibility means that we will talk about this, no one can escape it, when people are being used as a shield, incited to violence, then some values ​​and the interests of the Georgian people cannot be ignored. Once again, on April 9, several NGOs, including Transparency International, planned and carried out violence, the organizer was Sapari. People who came there, including the participants of April 9, were not allowed to move, verbally abused. And their donors and the Swedish ambassador, who is one of the largest funders of the Transparency International, saw all this and to this day they have not distanced themselves from this shameful act of NGOs. They turned the Day of Unity into an act of violence," - said Shalva Papuashvili.

Also, according to Shalva Papuashvili, the European parliamentarians who are planning to arrive in Georgia on May 26, Independence Day, do not have the right to "stir up the situation" in the country, although when asked whether they will be expelled from the country, he answered: - "No!"

"No! It's not like that, no one has the right to come to the country and change the situation, it's a violation of international law. Today, when they talk about Russia, what are they accusing it of? Violation of the rules-based international order, and what are they doing themselves? We are exposing it," said Shalva Papuashvili.
