Irakli Kobakhidze meets Viktor Orbán

During an official visit to Budapest, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze met with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, according to information released by the Georgian Government Administration.

The same source reports that during the face-to-face meeting, the parties discussed key directions for cooperation in bilateral and multilateral formats. The discussion highlighted the importance of the intergovernmental commission format in promoting further development of partnership in various fields.

“Emphasis was placed on the high-level political relations between Georgia and Hungary and the prospects for further deepening trade and economic ties.

The meeting also underscored the particular importance of peace and stability.
