TV presenter Vika Bukia has also been summoned to the city court

According to TV presenter Vika Bukia, she was summoned to court for calling MP Mariam Lashkhi a "slave."

As the journalist wrote on social media, the hearing is scheduled for June 12 at 3:00 PM.

“But why have so many people called this Mariam Lashkhi a slave? What’s going on? What a coincidence,” wrote Vika Bukia, adding that the case will be reviewed by Judge Davit Tetrashvili.

According to TV presenter Nanuka Zhorzholiani, those summoned to court include: her daughter, activist Mariam Geguchadze; TV presenter Vika Bukia; activist Ana Subeliani; TV presenter Eka Mishveladze; opposition politicians Elene Khoshtaria and Aleko Elisashvili; founder of "Sapari" Baia Pataraia; former president of the National Bank Giorgi Kadagidze; and journalist Dea Mamiseishvili.
