The fifth President of Georgia, Salome Zurabishvili, has arrived at the office of the Strategy Builder.

Opposition politicians are also present at the party’s office. So far, the party leader, Giorgi Vashadze, has not arrived at the office.

It is worth noting that the politicians at the Strategy Builder office are waiting for the Tbilisi City Court to pronounce the decision regarding Giorgi Vashadze’s refusal to appear before the temporary investigative commission.

For information, Giorgi Vashadze was summoned by the temporary investigative commission established in the Georgian Parliament on April 15, however, Vashadze did not appear at the session, after which he was summoned to the prosecutor’s office to give testimony.

Giorgi Vashadze was charged under Article 349 of the Criminal Code, which refers to "failure to comply with the request of the temporary investigative commission of the Parliament of Georgia." This is punishable by a fine or imprisonment for a term of up to one year, or deprivation of the right to hold a position or engage in an activity for a term of up to three years.
