The Ministry of Internal Affairs had requested administrative detention for Elene Khoshtaria.

Elene Khoshtaria did not attend the hearing.

For context, during a protest rally near the Parliament on March 28, Elene Khoshtaria was accused of violating Articles 166 and 173 of the Administrative Offenses Code, which pertain to petty hooliganism and disobedience to a lawful police order.
