As the great geopolitical peace agreement in the South Caucasus approaches and Russia’s influence is being lost, “the Russians are threatening the Georgian people with war,” Khatia Dekanoidze, a member of the National Movement, writes on social media.

Dekanoidze is responding to the recent events in the region and states that in this situation, “we are witnessing an unimaginable betrayal against the Georgian state in the hands of Ivanishvili.”

“Yesterday, the President of Azerbaijan had a historic geopolitical message:

- Azerbaijan is very close to a peace agreement with Armenia;

- Azerbaijan is preparing a lawsuit against Russia over the explosion of the AZAL plane. Aliyev said that the Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan is sending a request and there is silence in response. He also recalled the explosion of the Malaysian Boeing;

- He called on Ukraine not to surrender to the occupation.

In this situation, when the great geopolitical peace agreement in the South Caucasus is close and Russia’s influence is being lost - the “Russian Dream” is intimidating the Georgian people with war.

We are witnessing an unimaginable betrayal against the Georgian state in the hands of Ivanishvili,” Dekanoidze wrote.
