“On behalf of the Coalition for Change I would like to respond to two important decisions and actions of our international partners, which, on the one hand, emphasize the unprecedented support for the Georgian people and, on the other hand, emphasize the Russian nature of the so-called government. First, we are very happy that NATO’s multinational exercises - “Agile Spirit” are being held in Georgia, the goal of which is to strengthen our security and quickly respond to our threats, and protect Georgia’s interests. These exercises are being held despite the fact that “Russian Dream”, the so-called government has distanced itself from NATO exercises for the third time, and bureaucrats serving Russia, such as Irakli Chikovani and the so-called Chief of the General Staff, did not appear at the opening of these exercises. Despite this, the holding of these exercises emphasizes that the Russian positions of this illegitimate government will not be able to stop our partners from supporting our security or our Euro-Atlantic aspirations. Secondly, this is a very important special statement by our European partners, the European Union, which directly exposes the “Russian Dream” as a lie. They directly speak about the threat of visa liberalization, which we have heard from our partners. The “Russian Dream” spreads complete lies, like Russian conspiracy theories, that someone is plotting something against us, while our partners directly speak about their support for the territorial integrity of Georgia and the European aspirations of the Georgian people.

At the same time, I would like to fully condemn the completely insulting statements of Kaladze, the Russian servant, towards our greatest friend, the Ambassador of the European Union. The population of Georgia, the vast majority of which supports joining Europe, is grateful to the Ambassador of the European Union, we know how much role he plays in pursuing our interests. The "Russian Dream" has an apology to make and will definitely make it to our partners, and I want the European Union to know that Kakhi Kaladze's statement does not reflect the position of the Georgian nation, which is reflected in the Constitution, and the non-appearance of Chikovani at the exercises does not reflect the aspiration of the Georgian people to become part of the Euro-Atlantic security, peace, and development space," Khoshtaria said.
