Georgian Dream has nominated Imedi journalist Varlam Tsiklauri as its candidate for mayor of Akhaltsikhe.

Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze presented mayoral candidates in 63 municipalities today.

“As you know, we have launched the election campaign, presented a candidate for mayor of the capital and candidates for majoritarian deputies of the Tbilisi City Council. Today, as the chairman of Georgian Dream and head of the election headquarters, I would like to present to you mayoral candidates from across the country - in 63 municipalities,” Kobakhidze said.
