For reference, the appeal court hearing of the former CEO of the “Co-Investment Fund,” Giorgi Bachiashvili, will be held on August 12 at 12:00, where the verdict will be announced. The case concerns the alleged misappropriation of cryptocurrency belonging to the founder of “Georgian Dream,” Bidzina Ivanishvili, for which Tbilisi City Court sentenced Bachiashvili to 11 years in prison.
