According to Salome Zurabishvili, Russia is provoking the democratic world in Ukraine, and now also in Poland and Estonia.

“HOW MANY WAKE UP CALLS? Russia continues to defy and provoke the democratic world in Ukraine, but also now in Poland and Estonia, cyberattacks everywhere, electoral interference, propaganda war, hybrid war in Georgia…. Time to stand up!” she wrote on X.
