We would advise everyone in a friendly manner not to resort to violence or violate the law, otherwise the law will be very strict towards them, - Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze told the media.

The Prime Minister noted that citizens have the right to peaceful assembly, however, in case of violence or violation of the law, a strict response will be made.

According to the Prime Minister, some of those who participated in the violence in the past have already been brought to justice:

“Of course, everyone has the right to peaceful assembly, to gather peacefully, to express their opinion, which will be ensured on October 4 as well. At the same time, I would like to warn everyone not to break the law, as soon as they break the law, they will immediately receive a strict response in accordance with the law. I would like to remind everyone who was involved in the violence, a small part of them has been brought to justice. The punishment is quite severe - from 2 to 4 years. Therefore, I would like to remind everyone that if someone gets involved, they will receive a very strict response, therefore, we s would hould advise everyone in a friendly way not to dare to resort to violence or violate the law, otherwise the law will be very strict towards them,” said Kobakhidze
