Lelo Strong Georgia notes that the coalition remains in headquarters mode in order to "fully consolidate forces" and even more effectively "confront" both political poles in Georgian politics - Georgian Dream and National Movement.

“The refusal to participate in the local self-government elections of October 4, 2025 - the boycott - was a big political mistake. The constant agitation of a number of parties, or individual politicians, to convince citizens not to register their protest vote in the elections directly served to strengthen the Georgian Dream throughout the country, at the level of city councils and mayors. As a result, today the capital of the country has a mayor elected with 20% of the city.

Today it is already clear that our strategic line, which has always been based on peaceful protests along with the election campaign, was the most correct positioning and solution in the current situation, including strengthening continuous, peaceful protests.

Our political union Lelo Strong Georgia doubled the outcome of the 2021 local elections and, despite fraud, won the votes of up to 100,000 voters in the local elections on October 4 of this year, for which we thank each of them.

“The open support of all political party leaders and politicians in favor of the boycott - “We start on the 4th and end on the 4th” - should be assessed as political irresponsibility, which dealt a heavy blow to the peaceful protest. Here, we welcome the fact that the peaceful protest continued anyway. We, the political team of Strong Georgia-Lelo, have always been participants and supporters of peaceful protests.

We regret that we were unable to convince the public of the negative consequences of the boycott, which was caused by the electoral nihilism created by Ivanishvili and irresponsible politicians.
