Irakli Kobakhidze: The EU Embassy’s response to a specific criminal’s letter is not diplomatic practice - On the contrary, it is an undiplomatic, undemocratic practice

The EU Embassy’s response to a specific criminal’s letter is not diplomatic practice, stated Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze to journalists.

According to him, high-ranking officials often request EU representatives to express their position on various issues, “and even then, they shy away from expressing their stance when it comes to genuinely supporting the Georgian people.”

“At the same time, they respond to a letter from a specific criminal; this is not diplomatic practice at all. On the contrary, it is an undiplomatic, undemocratic practice,” stated Irakli Kobakhidze.
