The trial in the case of Irakli Gharibashvili is scheduled for 14:00, where the imposition of a preventive measure against him will be discussed.

The prosecutor's office is requesting a bail of 1 million GEL as a preventive measure against the former Prime Minister. In addition, the agency is also requesting the imposition of additional obligations on Gharibashvili, including the confiscation of his Georgian passport agencies and a ban on traveling outside the country.

For information, Irakli Gharibashvili was charged under Article 194, Part 3, Subparagraph “c” of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which refers to the legalization of illegal income, which was accompanied by the receipt of a particularly large amount of income.
