The prosecutor's office is requesting a bail of 1 million GEL as a preventive measure against the former Prime Minister. For information, Irakli Gharibashvili was charged under Article 194, Part 3, Subparagraph “c” of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which refers to the legalization of illegal income, which was accompanied by the receipt of a particularly large amount of income.
