Irakli Gharibashvili to judge when asked whether he agreed with the request for bail and the use of restrictive measures: “I agree, of course”

I agree, of course, - the former Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Gharibashvili, said after hearing the position of the lawyers.

Judge Eka Barbakadze asked him whether he agreed with the position of the lawyers regarding the use of bail and restrictive measures as a preventive measure.

When asked by the judge whether he wanted to say anything additional, Gharibashvili replied "no".

For information, Irakli Gharibashvili has been charged under Article 194, Part 3, Subparagraph “c” of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which pertains to legalization of illegal income, accompanied by receipt of a particularly large amount of income.
