It's unimaginable when an international institution prohibits you from appealing to the court, - Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze stated this regarding the statement by the Council of Europe rapporteurs.
According to the Prime Minister, all legal and constitutional procedures will be upheld.
"It's unimaginable when an international institution prohibits you from appealing to the court. It's absolutely incomprehensible. How can someone be so afraid of justice? We're talking about appealing to the court, and some people want to prohibit that. Of course, we cannot go along with this. We will uphold all legal procedures. We will uphold all legal and constitutional procedures, and that is how we will act. It is unacceptable for specific individuals to be so afraid of justice - in this case, I mean representatives of the European bureaucracy," the Prime Minister stated.
