Irakli Kobakhidze to visit Shanghai at the invitation of China’s Prime Minister

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze will travel to Shanghai at the invitation of Li Qiang, Prime Minister of the People’s Republic of China.

According to the Government Administration’s press service, the visit will include a meeting between Irakli Kobakhidze and the Chinese Prime Minister.

“In addition, Irakli Kobakhidze will attend the opening ceremony of the China International Import Expo, where Georgia is participating this year as the Guest of Honour. More than 40 Georgian companies will be represented at the expo.

Irakli Kobakhidze has departed for Shanghai with a delegation that includes:

- Foreign Minister Maka Bochorishvili - Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Mariam Kvrivishvili - Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture Davit Songhulashvili - Finance Minister Lasha Khutsishvili - Infrastructure Minister Revaz Sokhadze - National Bank President Natia Turnava - Head of the Government Administration Levan Zhorzholiani,” the statement reads.
