Tbilisi City Court has discontinued consideration of Mzia Amaglobeli’s lawsuit against Irakli Kobakhidze.

Judge Davit Akobidze made the decision after deliberating on the spot.

The case concerns a lawsuit in which Mzia Amaglobeli requests that Kobakhidze refute his statement that Amaglobeli “acted on instructions and orders.”
