  6. What is the main volume of this project - land area, what is the scope of work planned - square footage of commercial space and private housing, other types of buildings, public space, green areas, etc.
  7. An opinion was expressed that this project is not profitable or is not profitable enough and therefore the purpose of this investment is questionable, to what extent is this opinion consistent with reality?
  8. Are there any safety risks associated with this project?
  9. Are there any restrictions on the use of the territory in terms of safety?
  10. Can this investment create an economic dependency that is used as a mechanism for political pressure?
  11. What impact will this project have on the environment?
  12. Have you calculated what direct and indirect economic benefits this project will have for the Georgian economy, budget, and population?

 Impact on GDP

 Impact on the GEL exchange rate

 Impact on inflation

 Impact on the budget

 Impact on employment

  1. What migration impact could this project have?
  2. To what extent will Georgian companies be involved in the provision of goods and services during the implementation of the project?
  3. Did the government seize the Krtsanisi land from the church and sell Georgian land to foreigners? Will this project build two “Arab cities”? Will these territories be compactly populated by foreigners? Will Georgian citizens be able to buy real estate?

According to the rules of procedure of the Parliament, after the completion of the question-and-answer and interpellation procedures, debates and speeches are planned to be held at the session.
