Irakli Kobakhidze - We see double standards in the activities of the European bureaucracy: they do not like interference in their affairs, but they actively interfere in the affairs of Georgia and try to hinder the development of the country - I hope that the processes will become healthier

We see double standards in the activities of the European bureaucracy, they do not like interference in their affairs, however, they are very actively interfering in the affairs of Georgia and not only interfering, they are trying to hinder the development process of the country, which is a very sad event, - Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze stated at today's briefing.

According to him, this speaks of the difficult situation that has been created in the European bureaucracy today.

"Of course, this approach must be changed. Whether this specific case will become the basis for changing their approach, I do not know, but we hope that overall the processes will become healthier in the European bureaucracy. Otherwise, these people themselves harm the interests of their own structures, and it is precisely such approaches, double standards that are the result of negative development trends in the European Union. This applies to democracy, human rights, and economy," - said Irakli Kobakhidze.
