According to the head of government, Peter Fischer's term of office will expire soon, and the Georgian government hopes that he will be replaced by an ambassador who will take care of improving relations between the two countries.

His term of office will expire soon, and we can only hope that he will be replaced by an ambassador who will take care not to worsen relations between Georgia and Germany, but, on the contrary, to improve these relations. He very often intervenes in politics in favor of the opposition, but in this case, when he had to give an answer that would be detrimental to the opposition, of course, he did not want to talk to journalists.
